How Long This Warranty Last

Artio warrants the products on terms  forth below for three (3) years from date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

Artio warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with Artio’s user guide and installation manuals. This warranty applies only to the original installer or direct purchaser of the product.

What’s Your Obligations

Notify your installer of the product or contact Artio for a per-authorization return authorization. If a defect in a product is discovered during the applicable warranty period, Artio will repair or replace the product or the defective part, at its discretion. Products must be sent to our service center to obtain warranty review of the product.  Artio is not responsible for transportation to the service center but will cover returned shipping to the customer.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not extend to repairs, adjustments, or replacement of a product or part that results from misuse, negligence, alteration, modification, tampering, acts of God, line voltage surge,  improper installation, signal issues, and/or improper maintenance of the product.  The warranty does not include de-installation or re-installation of the product.

 OUR OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ITS PRODUCTS AS SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY SET FORTH BY ARTIO. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ARTIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO DISTRIBUTOR OR ANY OTHER PARTY IN STRICT LIABILITY, TORT,CONTRACT,OR ANY OTHER MANNER FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF ANY DESIGN OR DEFECT IN ARTIO’S PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IF FOR ANY REASON IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIO’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WHICH GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM, LOSS, OR DAMAGE.

Return Policy;

Any ARTIO product being returned must receive a Return Goods Authorization. Service prior to sending product back. All returned product is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product must be returned within six (6) months of order date. All product returned must be in its original packaging, be undamaged and unused and never energized. Lumenilaire is not responsible for productloss or damage during return transit to RMA location. Date: January 23, 2019
